TestimonialManager

Reputation management for small businesses with one or fifty locations

A clinic, a dental group, a home services company or a gym lives on what neighbors read before they call. TestimonialManager asks every customer for feedback after each visit by email and SMS, offers every one of them your Google review link, keeps testimonials and Google reviews for each location in one library and shows the right ones on each location page.

Requests after each appointment, without front desk work

The best moment to ask is the same day, while the visit is fresh. The front desk is busy, and asking in person gets forgotten. TestimonialManager sends the request on its own when the appointment ends.

  • Triggered by your booking tool, a CSV upload of the day's visits, a webhook or the API
  • Email and SMS in the same sequence, with one reminder if the customer does not answer
  • Questions written for your industry: clinic, dental, home services, fitness, restaurants and more

Each customer opens a short page on their phone, leaves a rating, writes a sentence or records a short video and agrees to publication on the testimonial consent form.

Google reviews and testimonials for each location page

Each location is its own entry with its own Google Business Profile connection, request page, staff contacts and widgets. Google reviews for that location import into the library with their source label, next to the testimonials your own customers sent.

On the website, each location page shows its own proof: a rating badge, a carousel of recent Google reviews and a few written testimonials from that branch. A visitor reading the downtown page sees downtown customers. Setup is one line of code per page, or the plugin on wordpress testimonial plugin. The display options are on google reviews widget.

One view for the owner, one for each location manager

Owners of multi location businesses want to compare branches. Location managers want to see their own customers. Reports show requests sent, opened, answered and approved per location and per channel, and roles let a manager approve testimonials for one location only. Nothing is published until someone with publishing rights approves it. For deeper review workflows, see google review management.

Reputation beyond Google

Search results are the first impression, but the website is where the decision happens. Written and video testimonials from your own customers add detail a star rating cannot: how the first visit went, how long the job took, whether the staff explained the price. The reputation management software page explains how first party testimonials and Google reviews work together.

Which plan fits a local business

A single location business usually starts on Starter, 49 USD per month or 24 USD per month billed yearly (288 USD per year). It covers 1 location, 200 email requests per month, 20 video testimonials per month, Google review import for 1 location, 3 widgets, CSV and webhook triggers and 1 seat. SMS requests start on Growth.

  • Growth, 149 USD per month or 74 USD per month billed yearly (888 USD per year): 3 locations, 2,000 email and 300 SMS requests per month, Google import for 3 locations, booking and CRM integrations, 5 seats
  • Scale, 499 USD per month or 249 USD per month billed yearly (2,988 USD per year): 10 locations, 10,000 email and 2,000 SMS requests per month, Google import for 10 locations, unlimited widget embeds, 15 seats
  • Enterprise, 1,499 USD per month or 749 USD per month billed yearly (8,988 USD per year): 50 locations, 50,000 email and 10,000 SMS requests per month, Google import for 50 locations, SAML single sign on, audit log and invoice billing

Yearly billing saves 50 percent. Limits count usage in the billing period and are shared across locations, and deleting a testimonial never returns quota. Full comparison on testimonial software pricing.

FAQ

Do unhappy customers still see the Google review link?

Yes. Every customer who answers sees the Google review link for the location they visited. Private feedback is an extra option for customers who want to reach the manager directly.

Can requests go out by SMS?

Yes, from the Growth plan. Growth includes 300 SMS requests per month, Scale 2,000 and Enterprise 10,000.

Can each location page show its own reviews?

Yes. Each location has its own Google import and widgets, so every location page shows reviews and testimonials from that branch only.

How do requests start after an appointment?

From your booking tool on Growth and higher, or from a CSV upload or a webhook, and through the API on Scale and Enterprise. Starter uses CSV and webhooks.
