Review request software that sends the ask after every sale
The best time to ask for a review is right after a good experience, and that is exactly when your team is busy with the next customer. TestimonialManager sends review and testimonial requests on its own, triggered by the event that ended the job, and follows up once if there is no answer.
Triggers after purchase, delivery, appointment or project close
You choose the moment for each brand or location. A store sends after delivery, a clinic after the appointment, an agency when a project is marked closed, a SaaS company a set number of days after onboarding.
Events arrive from the tools you already run:
- Store platforms and payment platforms for orders and deliveries
- Booking tools for appointments and visits
- CRMs for closed deals and finished projects
- CSV upload for a list of recent customers
- Webhook and API for anything else
Connections are described on testimonial software integrations. Starter includes CSV and webhook, Growth adds every integration, Scale and Enterprise add the API.
Email and SMS review requests with exactly one reminder
Each request is a short sequence. The first message goes by email, by SMS or both. If the customer does not answer, one reminder follows after the delay you set. There is no third message, because a polite ask works and repeated chasing annoys customers.
You write the messages, or start from templates for your industry and edit them. Variables fill in the customer's first name, the product or service and the link to your request page. SMS requests are part of Growth, Scale and Enterprise.
Every customer gets the Google review link
Each request leads to your request page. There the customer can leave a testimonial in text or video and is always offered the link to your Google review page, whatever rating they choose.
Customers who had a problem can also send private feedback to your team for follow up. That is an extra option offered next to the Google link, not a filter in front of it. TestimonialManager never hides the review link from anyone and never offers rewards for reviews, in line with Google's policy.
Testimonials arrive with permission to publish
When the answer is a testimonial for your website, the customer confirms consent on the same page: what may be published, where, and whether their name and photo may be shown. The timestamp and IP address are kept with the record and the customer gets a withdraw link. See testimonial consent form.
Reports per channel and location
The dashboard shows each step of the route for every request: sent, opened, answered, approved. Break the numbers down by channel (email, SMS, QR code, link) and by location or brand.
A business with several locations sees which front desk gets answers and which one needs a better moment to ask. A store sees whether SMS after delivery outperforms email for its customers. Google review management for each location sits on google review management tool.
Messages that reach the inbox
Request emails go out through an established email delivery provider, from your brand name, with unsubscribe handling built in. A customer who unsubscribes or withdraws consent is not asked again.

FAQ
Does a reminder count as a separate request?
The reminder belongs to the same request sequence. Your monthly limit counts the requests you start, and each one includes its single reminder.
Can I send requests manually as well?
Yes. You can send a request to one customer from the dashboard, share the link yourself or print the QR code. Automatic triggers and manual sends use the same request page.
Do unhappy customers still see the Google review link?
Yes. Every customer is offered the Google review link. Private feedback is an extra option for anyone who wants to tell you something directly.
Which industries does it fit?
B2B SaaS, agencies, clinics and dental groups, home services, stores, coaches and hospitality. Guided questions and message templates adjust to the industry you choose.
