TestimonialManager

Testimonial wall that builds itself from your library

A testimonial wall is a single page where everything your customers said about you sits together: written testimonials, short videos and Google reviews, with filters so a visitor can find the ones that match their situation. Some teams call it a wall of love. With TestimonialManager it is not a page someone maintains by hand. It is a view of your approved library, and it grows every time a customer answers a request.

Why a testimonial wall works

A single quote on a homepage is a claim. Fifty quotes on one page, from different customers, in different words, about different parts of your product or service, is a pattern. Buyers who are close to a decision often look for exactly that page, and sales teams send it to prospects who ask whether anyone like them uses you.

  • It gives careful buyers depth without crowding your other pages
  • It shows range: different industries, sizes, locations and use cases
  • It gives sales and support one link to send instead of a folder of screenshots

What goes on the wall

The wall draws from the same library as your widgets, so nothing is duplicated.

  • Text testimonials collected through your request page, each with the customer's publication consent on file
  • Video testimonials recorded in the browser, with transcripts below each video
  • Imported Google reviews, each marked with its Google source
  • Photos the customer chose to share with their testimonial
  • AI highlights as card headlines, with the full answer underneath and never altered without your approval

You decide what is approved for the wall. Items you hide stay in your library and can come back at any time.

Filters that help visitors find their story

A long wall needs a way in. You choose which filters visitors see at the top of the page, built from the tags and fields you already use in your library.

  • Industry or customer type
  • Product, plan or service
  • Location, for businesses with several offices or stores
  • Format: video, text or Google review
  • Star rating where one was given

Layout and style of the wall

The wall uses a masonry layout on desktop and a single column on phones, so long and short testimonials sit together without gaps. Video cards play inline. You set the page headline, a short intro paragraph, the accent color, card style and the order: newest first, highest rated first, or your own pinned order.

The wall can live on your domain in two ways. Embed it into an existing page with one line of code or the wordpress testimonial plugin, or publish it as a hosted page and link to it from your navigation. From Scale up the TestimonialManager mark is removed and the hosted wall runs fully white labeled.

A wall of love that stays current

Most walls go stale because updating them is a job nobody owns. Here, the wall updates itself. When a customer answers an automatic request after a purchase, delivery or appointment, their testimonial arrives in your library with consent recorded. Once you approve it, it appears on the wall. The route is always the same: Purchase, Request sent, Answer received, Consent recorded, Published. You can see how requests go out on collect testimonials.

Walls and widgets on each plan

A wall counts as one of your widgets and walls. Starter includes 3, Growth 15, and Scale and Enterprise include unlimited embeds. For smaller placements, use a carousel, grid or rating badge from the testimonial widget set. Prices are on testimonial software pricing.

FAQ

What is the difference between a testimonial wall and a widget?

A widget is a block inside another page, such as a carousel or a single quote. The wall is a full page with every approved testimonial and filters on top.

Can the wall include Google reviews?

Yes. Imported Google reviews can appear on the wall next to your own testimonials, each one marked with its Google source.

Does the wall update on its own?

Yes. Every testimonial you approve in your library appears on the wall, and anything you hide or a customer withdraws disappears from it.

Can I host the wall on my own domain?

You can embed the wall into a page on your site with one line of code or the WordPress plugin, so it lives at your own address.
