TestimonialManager

How testimonial collection works from purchase to published

Every testimonial in TestimonialManager travels the same route: Purchase, Request sent, Answer received, Consent recorded, Published. Your team sets the route up once, and after that each finished sale or visit can end with a quote on your website, without anyone asking, chasing or copying by hand.

A finished purchase starts the route

The route begins with an event you already have: a paid order, a delivered parcel, a completed appointment, a closed project or the end of a coaching program. TestimonialManager listens to your store platform, payment platform, booking tool or CRM, so the event arrives on its own. If your tools are not connected yet, upload a CSV of recent customers or send events by webhook or API.

Each event carries what the request needs: the customer's first name, the email or phone number, the product or service and the location. Those details later become tags in your library, so a quote about one product at one location can be found in seconds. Testimonial software integrations

The request goes out at the right moment

Timing decides whether people answer. A store customer needs a few days with the product, a dental patient answers best the same day, a software customer has an opinion after a month of use. You set the delay per brand, and TestimonialManager sends the request by email, by SMS on Growth and higher plans, or both.

The message carries your name, your logo and one clear link. If there is no answer, one reminder follows, and then the request stops. Nobody receives a stream of follow ups. For the counter, the receipt or the delivery box there is also a QR code that opens the same page. Review request software

The customer answers on your request page

The link opens a page with your branding, a star rating and three guided questions picked for your industry. The questions ask about the situation before the purchase, the result and who the customer would recommend you to, because those answers make quotes that sell.

The customer can type an answer or record a short video in the browser on a phone or a computer, with no app and no account. Every customer is offered the link to leave a Google review as well, whatever rating they give. Private feedback for your team is an extra option on the page, not a filter in front of Google. You approve and the quote is published

New answers land in your library with tags for brand, product, location, rating and sentiment. AI highlights suggest the strongest sentence of each answer and transcribe videos. The original text is never changed without your approval, and every suggested edit is shown to your team.

When someone with publishing rights approves a testimonial, it appears in the widgets and walls you chose: a carousel on the homepage, a grid on the pricing page, a rating badge in the footer, a video reel on a sales page or a full testimonial wall. Testimonial widget

Setting up the route in an afternoon

Most teams finish the setup in one sitting.

  • Create the brand: name, logo, colors and the industry for the guided questions.
  • Connect the source of purchases, or upload a CSV and add the webhook later.
  • Choose the channel and the delay, and read the request email and SMS once.
  • Check the consent wording and the questions on your request page.
  • Pick a widget style and paste one line of code, or install the WordPress plugin. WordPress testimonial plugin
  • Import Google reviews for each location if you want them in the same library.

What your customer sees

One short email or text from your business, a page that loads fast on a phone, a few clear questions, a choice between writing and recording, a consent box written in plain words and a confirmation email with a withdraw link. That is all. No account, no password, no app.

What your team sees

A library that fills by itself, a list of answers waiting for approval and a report of requests sent, opened, answered and approved per channel and location. Marketing picks quotes for pages and decks, the owner of each location sees how its customers answer, and the person responsible for legal has the consent log ready to export.

FAQ

How long after a purchase should the request go out?

It depends on the product. Use a few days after delivery for physical goods, the same day for appointments and visits, and about a month for software. You set the delay per brand.

Can I send requests without connecting any tool?

Yes. Upload a CSV of customers, share the request link or print the QR code. Integrations can follow later.

What if a customer gives a low rating?

They see the same page and the same Google review link as everyone else. Their answer reaches your team, so you can follow up in person.

Can I review answers before they go public?

Yes. Nothing is published until someone with publishing rights approves it.
