Testimonial software integrations that send the request for you
The best moment to ask for a testimonial is right after something good happened: an order arrived, an appointment ended, a project closed, a renewal went through. TestimonialManager connects to the systems where those moments are recorded, so the request goes out on time without anyone remembering to send it. This page lists the connection types, what each one triggers and which plan includes it.
From an event in your system to a request in the customer's inbox
Every integration does the same job. It tells TestimonialManager that an event happened for a specific customer. TestimonialManager then waits the delay you set, sends the email or SMS request from your brand, sends one reminder if there is no answer, and records the answer with consent in your library.
- You choose which events start a request and how long to wait after each one
- You choose the channel: email, SMS or both, within your plan's monthly limits
- Duplicate events for the same customer within your quiet period do not trigger a second request
- Every request is visible in reports as sent, opened, answered and approved
Store platforms
Connect a Shopify or WooCommerce store and TestimonialManager receives your orders and their fulfillment status. Requests are sent after delivery rather than after payment, because a customer still waiting for the parcel has nothing to say yet. Each testimonial is tagged with the products in the order, so it can appear on the matching product pages.
- Triggers: order fulfilled, order delivered
- Data used: customer name, email, phone if given, products ordered
- Read more on ecommerce review requests
Payment platforms
For businesses that bill online, a payment platform connection reports successful payments, first payments after a trial and renewals. A SaaS company can ask for a testimonial after a customer's first paid month, and a coach can ask when the final payment of a program clears.
- Triggers: first successful payment, renewal, end of a paid program
- Data used: customer name, email, product or plan name
- Payment amounts and card data are never needed and never stored by TestimonialManager
Booking tools
Clinics, dental groups, home services, salons and gyms run on appointments. A booking tool connection tells TestimonialManager when an appointment is completed and at which location, so the request mentions the right place and the answer lands in the right location's library. The request offers every customer your Google review link for that location.
- Triggers: appointment completed, visit checked out
- Data used: customer name, email, phone, location, service
- Built for reputation management for small businesses with several locations
CRMs
B2B teams track customer milestones in their CRM. When a deal moves to a stage you choose, such as onboarding complete or project delivered, the CRM connection sends the event. The answer can be written back to the contact record as a note, so account managers see what the customer said.
- Triggers: deal stage changed, project closed, onboarding completed
- Data used: contact name, email, company, role
- Popular with testimonials for saas and agency teams
Webhooks
If your system can send an HTTP request when something happens, it can trigger a testimonial request. Point any event at your TestimonialManager webhook address with the customer's name and email, and the request goes out with the delay and channel you set. Webhooks also work in the other direction: TestimonialManager can notify your systems when a testimonial is answered or approved, which many no code automation tools can pick up.
API
On Scale and Enterprise, the API gives full access to your library and requests. Create requests from your own product, read approved testimonials with their consent records, sync tags and locations, and build your own display if the widgets are not enough. Agencies use it to manage many client brands from their own tools.
CSV upload
No integration needed for the simplest case. Upload a CSV file of recent customers with name, email and, optionally, phone, location and product, and TestimonialManager sends requests to each row on the schedule you set. A separate CSV import brings in testimonials you already have, each marked with its source so you know it came from an import.

FAQ
Which integrations are included on Starter?
Starter includes CSV upload and webhooks. Growth adds store platforms, payment platforms, booking tools and CRMs. Scale and Enterprise include all of them plus the API.
Can I choose which events send a request?
Yes. For each connection you pick the events that start a request, the delay after each event and the channel, email or SMS.
Will a customer get several requests if they buy often?
No. A quiet period you set stops repeat requests to the same customer, so frequent buyers are not asked after every order.
What if my system is not on the list?
If it can send a webhook, it can trigger requests on any plan. If not, upload a CSV of recent customers and TestimonialManager sends the requests from there.
