TestimonialManager

Google reviews widget that stays current on every page

TestimonialManager imports the reviews customers leave on your Google Business Profile, keeps them in the same library as your text and video testimonials, and shows them on your website in a widget that matches your design. Each imported review carries a clear Google source label, each location gets its own set, and the widget refreshes as new reviews arrive, so nobody copies and pastes reviews by hand again.

A Google reviews widget for website pages that sell

Reviews on Google help people find you. Reviews on your own pages help them decide. The widget closes that gap: the words customers already wrote about you appear next to your prices, your booking button and your service descriptions, where the decision actually happens.

You connect a location once. From then on, new Google reviews flow into your library, you choose which ones belong on which page, and the widget shows them in the layout you picked.

  • Imported reviews keep the reviewer's public name, the star rating and the date exactly as they appear on Google
  • Every imported card shows a Google source label, so visitors know where the review was written
  • New reviews appear in your library for approval before they show on the site

Six layouts for one review widget

The same reviews can appear in different shapes on different pages. A pricing page needs something compact, a services page has room for more.

  • Carousel: a row of review cards that visitors swipe or click through, good above the fold on mobile
  • Grid: several reviews at once in columns, good for service and location pages
  • Single quote: one strong review placed next to a call to action
  • Rating badge: the average star rating and review count from your connected locations, small enough for a header or footer
  • Video reel: your recorded customer videos in the same widget family, next to written Google reviews
  • Testimonial wall: a full page with every approved review and testimonial, described on the testimonial wall page

Every layout picks up your fonts and colors, and you can set the accent, corner radius and card style so the widget looks like part of your site rather than an add on.

Google reviews per location, shown on the right page

A business with several locations needs each page to show the reviews for that place. A dental group's downtown office page should not show reviews from the suburban office.

TestimonialManager imports Google reviews per location and lets you filter any widget by location, tag or product. One widget code on a location page template can show the reviews for whichever location the page is about.

Plan Google locations imported Widgets and walls
Starter 1 location 3
Growth 3 locations 15
Scale 10 locations unlimited embeds
Enterprise 50 locations unlimited embeds

Google reviews and your own testimonials in one widget

A widget does not have to show only Google reviews. Your library also holds testimonials you collected directly from customers through your request page: longer text answers, photos and videos, each with a recorded publication consent. You can place both in the same carousel or grid, and each card keeps its own source label.

That matters for buyers. A short Google review says the service was good. A longer testimonial collected through review request software explains what problem was solved. Together they cover both the quick check and the careful read.

  • Filter by source, star rating, tag, product or location
  • Pin the strongest reviews to the first position
  • Hide any item from the site without deleting it from your library

Imported reviews shown as they were written

Imported Google reviews are shown with the text the customer wrote. TestimonialManager does not rewrite them and does not change the star rating. You decide which reviews appear on which page, and every card says it comes from Google.

Your request flow follows the same principle. Every customer who answers a request is offered the Google review link, whether their experience was great or not. Private feedback is an extra option for anyone who also wants to tell you something directly. The details of collecting and handling reviews are on the google review management tool page.

Add the widget with one line of code

When the layout looks right, copy one line of code and paste it where the widget should appear. It works in any site builder that accepts an HTML embed, in custom code and in page templates. On WordPress you can use the plugin and place the widget as a block or shortcode, explained on the wordpress testimonial plugin page.

For a full walkthrough of the options, including the manual ways to get reviews onto a page, read how to embed google reviews.

  • The widget loads after your page content, so it does not hold back the rest of the page
  • Reviews are rendered as text on the page, readable by visitors and search engines
  • Changes you make in the library show up in the widget without touching the code again

Your brand on the widget, not ours

On Starter and Growth, widgets show a small TestimonialManager mark. From Scale up the mark is removed and request pages and widgets can be fully white labeled, which agencies use to run review widgets for many client brands under each client's own name.

FAQ

Does the widget show every Google review automatically?

New reviews come into your library, and you choose which ones the widget shows. You can approve them one by one or set a widget to show approved reviews filtered by rating, location or tag.

Can I show Google reviews for more than one location?

Yes. Google review import is per location: 1 location on Starter, 3 on Growth, 10 on Scale and 50 on Enterprise. Each widget can be filtered to a single location.

Can I edit an imported Google review?

No. Imported reviews keep the customer's original text and rating. You can hide a review from the site, but its wording stays exactly as written on Google.

How many widgets can I create?

Starter includes 3 widgets and walls, Growth includes 15, and Scale and Enterprise include unlimited embeds.

Will the widget match my website design?

Yes. Widgets pick up your fonts and colors, and you can adjust the accent color, card style and corner radius in the editor.
