TestimonialManager

Refund Policy

In short, payments for TestimonialManager are final. We refund only in the three situations described in section 3. You can cancel at any time in a few clicks, and before you subscribe you can try the free demo on the homepage to see how a request page, an email, an SMS and a widget look for your business.

1. Payments are final

A TestimonialManager subscription buys access to the software for a monthly or yearly period, with the features and limits listed on testimonial software pricing. We do not sell credits and we do not charge per use. Access for the whole period is granted when the period starts, whether or not you use it.

The service is delivered as described on the pricing page. There is no free plan, but the homepage demo works without an account and without a card, so you can see what the product does before you pay. If you no longer want the service, you can cancel at any time and no further renewal is charged.

By subscribing, you ask us to start providing the service immediately. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you expressly agree to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

2. What we do not refund

The following are not grounds for a full or partial refund:

  • changing your mind or no longer needing the service,
  • not using the service, or using less of it than you expected, during a paid period,
  • forgetting to cancel before a renewal, or cancelling shortly after one,
  • a renewal collected after one or more failed payment attempts, because that period had already started and access for it had been granted,
  • believing a subscription was a one time payment, since every plan renews automatically and this is shown at checkout, in your confirmation email and in your account,
  • choosing the wrong plan, billing period or number of seats,
  • reaching a usage limit, or deleting content that had already counted toward a limit,
  • a feature you assumed exists but that is not described on the pricing page,
  • the wording of AI highlights or transcripts, which are suggestions you review before publishing,
  • low answer rates from your customers, or problems caused by your own email lists, phone numbers, website, devices or connected tools,
  • the unused part of a period after you cancel, since access continues to the end of that period and is not prorated,
  • use of your account by someone you shared your sign in with.

3. The only exceptions

We refund only in the following cases, only where the records support it, and only up to the amount of the affected charge.

  • Double charge. You were charged twice for the same period because of an error in our billing.
  • Proven unauthorized charge. Your card was used without your permission, you tell us within 14 days of the charge, and the transaction records held by us and by our payment processor confirm it. A statement on its own is not enough, and we may ask you to confirm that you reported the matter to your card issuer.
  • Complete service failure. A confirmed fault on our side made the whole service unusable for a continuous period, you reported it to us at the time, and we could not fix it. Slowness, the failure of a single feature, and problems with your own devices, network or connected tools are not a complete failure.

A refund granted under this section is our entire liability for the affected charge, is limited to what you actually paid for that period and goes back to the original payment method.

4. How to request a refund

Write to [email protected] from the email linked to your account within 14 days of the charge. Include the date and amount of the charge and which of the cases in section 3 applies. We reply within one business day and tell you what we need, if anything, to review the request.

Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank. A chargeback raised without contacting us first is a breach of our terms of service and leads to the account being closed.

5. Cancelling and renewals

You can cancel at any time under Billing in your account settings, without writing to us. Cancelling stops all future renewals right away. It does not refund the current period, and you keep access until that period ends.

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. When a new period begins, access for that period is granted and its payment is due. If the payment fails, our payment processor retries it over the following days. These retries are attempts to collect the same unpaid amount, not new charges. Cancelling after a period has started stops the renewals that come after it, but does not cancel the amount due for the period that already began. To avoid a renewal, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.

6. What you agree to and what we keep on record

When you create an account you accept our terms of service, which include this refund policy, and our privacy policy. Before you pay, checkout shows the plan, the price, the billing period and that the subscription renews automatically. The same information is in your confirmation email and in your account.

For every subscription we keep the date and time of purchase, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of these terms, the emails sent to you about the subscription and a log of activity in the account. Our payment processor keeps its own record of each transaction, including the result of any bank authentication. These records are what we review a request against.
