TestimonialManager

WordPress testimonial plugin connected to your whole library

Most WordPress testimonial plugins give you a place to type quotes in by hand. TestimonialManager works the other way around: customers send their testimonials through your request page, with consent recorded, and the plugin puts the approved ones on your WordPress pages as blocks or shortcodes. The plugin is the display end of the route. Collection, consent and approval happen in your TestimonialManager account.

A plugin that does not depend on copy and paste

In a typical setup, someone receives a nice email from a customer, asks if it can be used, waits, copies the quote into a custom post type and hopes nobody misspells the name. Then the same quote has to be added again to the next page. With TestimonialManager the testimonial arrives once, in the library, with the customer's own wording and publication consent. Every page that should show it pulls it from there.

  • No custom post type to fill in by hand
  • No duplicated quotes across pages that drift apart
  • No missing permission behind a quote that went live

Set up the WordPress plugin in four steps

  • Install the TestimonialManager plugin from your WordPress admin and activate it
  • Connect it to your account with the key shown in your TestimonialManager settings
  • Open the block editor and add the TestimonialManager block, or paste a shortcode in a classic editor or page builder
  • Choose which widget the block shows: carousel, grid, single quote, rating badge, video reel or the full testimonial wall

The widget appears with your theme's fonts and colors, and you can adjust the accent, card style and spacing in the widget editor.

Blocks and shortcodes for every page type

The plugin gives you the same layouts as the one line embed, adapted to the WordPress editor.

Where in WordPress Good layout
Homepage carousel or single quote
Service or product page grid filtered by tag
Location page grid filtered by location, Google reviews included
Sales or course page video reel
Header or footer area rating badge
Dedicated reviews page testimonial wall

Each block has its own filter, so the same plugin can show quotes about onboarding on one page and quotes about support on another.

Testimonials and reviews on WooCommerce stores

On a WooCommerce store, TestimonialManager connects to your orders so a request goes out after delivery. Customers answer with text, a photo or a short video, choose what may be published, and the testimonial lands in your library tagged with the product they bought. The plugin then shows those testimonials on the matching product pages. The connection is part of testimonial software integrations, included from the Growth plan, and the store workflow is described on ecommerce review requests.

Google reviews on WordPress pages

If you import Google reviews for your locations, the same blocks can show them next to your collected testimonials, each card labeled with its Google source. A multi location business can use one location page template with a block that filters by location, so each page shows its own reviews. More on that on the google reviews widget page.

Light on your site

The plugin does not store testimonials in your WordPress database or add tables. It renders the widget from your library and loads it after the page content, so your theme and other plugins keep doing their job. Testimonials appear as text on the page, readable by visitors and search engines. Updating the plugin does not touch your content, because the content lives in your library.

Approvals before anything goes live

Nothing a customer submits shows up on your WordPress site until someone on your team approves it in the library. Team seats depend on the plan: 1 on Starter, 5 on Growth, 15 on Scale and 50 on Enterprise. AI highlights can suggest the strongest sentence for a card, and any such edit is shown to you before it is used, with the original text kept unchanged.

What each plan includes for WordPress

The plugin works on every plan. Widgets and walls follow the plan limits: 3 on Starter, 15 on Growth, unlimited embeds on Scale and Enterprise. From Scale up the TestimonialManager mark is removed and widgets can run white labeled. Yearly billing is the default at 24, 74, 249 and 749 USD per month. See testimonial software pricing.

FAQ

Does the plugin work with the block editor and page builders?

Yes. It adds a block for the block editor and a shortcode you can paste into classic editor pages and page builders that accept shortcodes.

Do I need to enter testimonials in WordPress?

No. Testimonials come from your TestimonialManager library, where customers submit them through your request page. You only choose which widget each block shows.

Can I show WooCommerce product testimonials on product pages?

Yes. With the WooCommerce connection, testimonials are tagged with the product the customer bought, and a block can filter to that product.

What happens to my testimonials if I remove the plugin?

They stay in your library. You can export your whole library at any time, and you can keep showing it with the one line embed.
