Google review management tool for every location you run
Google reviews decide whether a nearby customer calls you or the business next door, and they sit apart from the testimonials you collect yourself. TestimonialManager imports Google reviews for each location, asks every customer for a new one, keeps reviews and testimonials in one library and shows what works on each channel.
Google reviews imported per location
Connect each location's Google Business Profile and its reviews appear in your library, labeled with the source and the location. New reviews are added as they arrive, so the team works from one list instead of switching between profiles.
Starter imports one location, Growth three, Scale ten and Enterprise fifty. Each imported review can be tagged, filtered by rating and sentiment, and shown in a widget on that location's page, see google reviews widget.
Review management software that asks for new reviews
A list of old reviews does not grow on its own. TestimonialManager sends a request after every appointment, visit, delivery or project close, by email and on Growth and above by SMS, with one reminder. The request page offers the Google review link for that exact location, so the review lands on the right profile.
Timing, templates and triggers are explained on review request software.
Online review management that follows Google's rules
Every customer who opens your request page is offered the Google review link, whatever rating they give. Customers who want to tell you about a problem can also send private feedback to your team, as an extra option next to the link. No one is filtered out, and no rewards are offered for reviews.
That keeps your profile honest and protects it, because gating reviews or paying for them breaks Google's policy. It also gives managers a direct line to the customers who need a follow up call.
One library for Google reviews, testimonials and video
Imported Google reviews sit next to first party testimonials and video testimonial software answers. Filters cover source, location, product, star rating, sentiment and tags.
- Find every five star review that mentions a specific service
- Hide a review from widgets without touching it on Google
- Pick the strongest sentence with AI testimonial highlights, shown to you for approval
- Export the library anytime
Reports that compare review management platforms inside your own business
The real question is not which of the review management platforms has the longest feature list, but which of your locations and channels bring answers. Reports show requests sent, opened, answered and approved per channel and per location.
A dental group sees which clinic gets the most answers after appointments. A home services company sees whether SMS after the job beats email. Multi location owners find more on reputation management for small businesses.

FAQ
Can I reply to Google reviews from TestimonialManager?
You read, tag and route reviews in TestimonialManager. Public replies are written in your Google Business Profile, where the review lives.
Does hiding a review in a widget delete it from Google?
No. Hiding only removes it from your own widgets and walls. The review stays on Google exactly as the customer wrote it.
How many locations can I manage?
One on Starter, three on Growth, ten on Scale and fifty on Enterprise. Each location has its own request page, Google link and reports.
Do you filter out negative reviews?
No. Every customer is offered the Google review link. Private feedback is an extra option, never a gate.
