Review Request Software for Dental Practices
New patients pick a dentist from the map, and the map is sorted by stars and recent reviews. TestimonialManager sends every patient a short email or text after the visit, gives each one your Google review link and keeps their written or video testimonials ready for your website. Your front desk does nothing extra, and each office of a group gets its own reviews.
Why dental practices lose reviews they already earned
Most patients are happy and never say so. The visit ends, the hygienist is already seating the next person, and the front desk has insurance forms waiting. Asking out loud feels awkward, and a card at the counter is forgotten by the parking lot. A practice with excellent clinical work can end up with far fewer reviews than the office down the street that simply asks more often.
The fix is timing and consistency. A request that arrives within a few hours, from the practice name, with one tap to the review page, gets answered far more often than a flyer. TestimonialManager makes that request happen for every visit without anyone remembering to do it.
From the end of the visit to a published review
- Visits are picked up from your scheduling tool on Growth and higher, or from a daily CSV export or a webhook on any plan
- The patient gets an email, an SMS or both, with one reminder if they do not answer. SMS starts on Growth
- A short page opens on the phone: a star rating, a sentence or a short video, and the Google review button
- Testimonials wait for approval. Nothing goes on your site until someone on your team publishes it
Setup for one office takes an afternoon. See the full flow on review request software.
Every patient gets the Google link, not only the happy ones
Google does not allow a business to show its review link only to people likely to rate high. TestimonialManager shows the Google review button to every patient who answers, whatever rating they gave. A patient with a complaint also gets a private message box that goes to the office manager, so a billing mix-up can be fixed before it becomes a one star review. It never replaces the Google link. No discounts or gifts are offered for reviews.
Keep your public replies free of any detail about a patient's care. Say that you would like to talk, give a phone number and take it offline.
Dental groups and multi office practices
Each office is its own location with its own Google Business Profile import, request page, staff contacts and widgets. Owners compare offices on requests sent, answered and approved. An office manager can approve testimonials for that office only. The downtown page of your website shows downtown patients, and the suburban page shows theirs. Details are on reputation management for small businesses and google review management.
Put the proof where new patients decide
A rating badge and a carousel of recent Google reviews on the new patient page, and two or three written or video testimonials on pages for implants, aligners or pediatric care, do more than any paragraph of copy. Embedding takes one line of code, or a plugin if your site runs on WordPress. See google reviews widget and the testimonial consent form that records permission before anything is shown.

FAQ
Can a dental practice send review requests by text message?
Yes, from the Growth plan. Growth includes 300 SMS requests a month, Scale 2,000 and Enterprise 10,000. Each text carries a link to a short mobile page, so the patient can answer in under a minute.
Do unhappy patients still see the Google review link?
Yes. Every patient who answers sees the Google review button for the office they visited. A private message box is offered as an extra for patients who want to reach the manager directly.
Can each office of a dental group have its own reviews?
Yes. Every office has its own Google import, request page and widgets, and owners see results per office in one account.
How do requests start after a visit?
From your scheduling tool on Growth and higher, or from a CSV upload or webhook on any plan. Scale and Enterprise also offer the API.
