Trustmary pricing at a glance
These prices come from the Trustmary pricing page in USD with yearly billing, as we checked it in October 2026. Older review sites still list Trustmary at 19, 190 or 194 USD a month. Those figures are out of date, so budget from the current page.
| Plan | Per month, billed yearly | Per year | Survey responses a month | Widget views a month | Review connections |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | 0 USD | 0 USD | 5 | 200 | not included |
| AI Visibility | 191 USD | 2,292 USD | 5 | 200 | auto import included |
| Starter | 388 USD | 4,656 USD | 10, adjustable | 5,000, adjustable | 3 |
| Business | 650 USD | 7,800 USD | 50, adjustable | 25,000, adjustable | 10 |
| Scale | custom | custom | custom | custom | custom |
Starter and Business are configurable. You raise or lower the response and view tiers in the plan builder and the price moves with them, so the figures above are the default configuration shown on the page.
What each Trustmary plan includes
Solo is a free starting point for a sole trader. It lets you import reviews, add them to your website, collect feedback and reviews and publish a review page, with 5 survey responses and 200 widget views a month.
AI Visibility keeps the Solo limits and adds automatic review import and a review profile built to be read by AI search tools. It is sold as a plan and as an add on at the same 191 USD a month.
Starter adds 3 review connections, automatic review import, Schema.org review markup, custom surveys, analytics and premium support.
Business adds 10 review connections, lead generation widgets, white label, premium integrations with HubSpot and Pipedrive and premium support.
Scale is for large organizations and goes through sales.
How responses and views limit you
Two meters drive Trustmary's price. A response is one completed survey or testimonial form. A view is one load of a widget on your site, so every visitor who opens a page with a review widget counts once. When you hit the view limit, Trustmary hides the widget until the limit resets. Nothing is deleted, but your social proof disappears for the rest of the period.
That matters more than it sounds. A site with 10,000 monthly visitors and a review widget on the homepage and pricing page can use 15,000 views or more, which is over the Starter default. On responses, 10 a month on Starter means at most 120 new testimonials or survey answers a year before you move up a tier.
Trustmary add-ons and what they cost
Add-ons are billed on top of the plan, priced per month on a yearly bill:
- AI Visibility, 191 USD a month
- Custom surveys, 10 USD a month
- Analytics, 57 USD a month
- Experiments for A/B tests and conversion tracking, 28 USD a month
- Premium support with phone and a dedicated account manager, 95 USD a month
- HR package for employee feedback, 57 USD a month
- Review translations, 10 USD a month
- Onboarding package, 990 USD once
Some of these are already inside Starter or Business, so check the plan card before you add one twice.
What you really pay a year, three common cases
- A single location home services company that wants Google reviews on its site and up to 30 new reviews a month. Starter is the realistic floor at 4,656 USD a year, and you will likely raise the response tier above 10, which raises the price.
- A multi location business with five Google locations and heavy site traffic. Five sources fit Business with 10 review connections, at 7,800 USD a year before any view upgrade.
- A B2B services firm that wants lead generation widgets and a HubSpot connection. Those sit on Business, so 7,800 USD a year is the starting point.
Trustmary is a feedback and review platform with surveys, NPS, CSAT, lead generation and analytics, so part of that price pays for tools beyond testimonials. If you already run surveys elsewhere, you are paying for features you will not use.
Is Trustmary worth the price?
Trustmary is worth it for a company that wants one platform for customer surveys, NPS, review collection, widgets, lead capture and analysis, and has the traffic and budget to use all of it. Its review import from Google, Facebook, G2, Capterra, TripAdvisor and Yelp is broad, and the analytics turn feedback into reports for management.
It is harder to justify when the job is narrower: ask every customer for a testimonial or a Google review after a sale and show the best ones on your site. A response cap of 10 a month on Starter and a widget that hides after 5,000 views are tight for that job. Trustmary's own FAQ also lists SMS distribution for Europe only, which leaves US clinics and contractors on email.
That is the job TestimonialManager is built for. A request goes out by email after every order, appointment or closed deal on every plan and by SMS from Growth, customers answer with text or a short video, and widgets have no view meter. Our review request software page shows the full sequence.

Trustmary wins on surveys, NPS, lead capture, analytics and the number of review sites it imports from. TestimonialManager wins on price per collected testimonial, US SMS requests and widgets that never switch off. Hidden costs to check before you buy
- Response tiers. The default Starter tier is 10 responses a month, and every step up raises the price.
- View tiers. A busy site can pass 5,000 widget loads in a week, and the widget hides when it does.
- Add-ons on top of the plan. Analytics, premium support and AI Visibility add 57 to 191 USD a month each if your plan does not include them.
- Onboarding. The guided onboarding package is a one time 990 USD.
- Yearly commitment. The headline prices assume a yearly bill, and monthly is about 16 percent higher.
If you look at Business mainly for its lead generation widgets, an AI chatbot for your website that answers questions and captures leads can be a cheaper way to get that one job done, next to a testimonial tool.
How to choose in five minutes
Write down three numbers: how many new reviews or testimonials you want each month, how many page views your review widgets will get, and whether you need surveys and NPS. If you need surveys and have budget above 4,000 USD a year, Trustmary is a fair platform. If you only need a testimonial or a Google review from every customer, sent by email or SMS, compare the limits on testimonial software pricing and see the per location setup on reputation management for small businesses.
